If you can eliminate sugar from your diet, you deserve a medal. Seriously. And I don’t mean a few days on one of those ‘I’m never eating sugar again’ whims you might have had after indulging in the third office birthday cake that week. These bold statements that only serve to make you feel re-empowered when you realise that you, like most of us, are addicted to sugar. It seems that the No Sugar Diet is the only way to regain control over your addiction. Think about it – the alcoholic isn’t allowed another drink, the marijuana addict a mere whiff.
