Cinnamon Oranges

In order to prepare this item, the ingredients required are:

  • Navel Oranges
  • Orange juice
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Grounded cinnamon

First remove the white pith and the rind from the oranges. Cut the fruit into some slices. Add some lemon and orange juice to it. Also add sugar and cinnamon to the slices.

Almond Shake

In order to prepare this healthy kids snack recipes, we need

  • Almonds soaked and their skin removed
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Saffron strands

First grind the almonds into a smooth paste. Boil milk and then add the almond paste and allow it to heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then add sugar and heat it further. Allow this mixture to cool and then whip it in a mixture to form lather. To this add a pinch of saffron powder or strands and then serve chill. This is one of the easiest and the best form of protein that a kid can get.
