The Abs Diet Dilemma

There’s nothing more tempting than a 6-week weight loss plan that promises a complete body transformation. For me, they’re the kind of plans I turn to as soon as feel my jeans are getting a little tight. I not only enjoy the physical challenge but I love the drama of having to make drastic changes to my diet. I’m especially happy to compromise my lifestyle to achieve something if I can see the results quickly. Most of all, I love a good human experiment: will I really see the diet’s hard to believe results if I follow their instructions to the letter? I picked up the Abs Diet book at a garage sale.
