I am following the P90X workout schedule doubles. As I was doing the Yoga workout today I realized that this is the workout that is the most effective out of the whole program. It is amazing how staying in one place, in some weird balance posture, will make you sweat. You barely move and there will be a lake around you at the end of the workout.
