There is no doubt that a barbell can be amazingly effective at getting stronger and increasing muscle mass but we do need to ensure that we use it correctly to get maximum benefit from it. With many barbells for sale at amazingly low prices everyone can afford to own a weight set of their own. But the reality is that many never keep up with their training, or worse, they get injured because of using a bad form. However, if we would only use proper form our results would be much more impressive. We will find that if we use proper form we get much better results than we could have possibly expected.
