Choosing a great weight set shouldn’t be all that tough. Many of us have fitness goals when we begin lifting and you will choose your weight set based on what your fitness goals are and what you are wanting to achieve. You obviously won’t need to run out and spend hundreds of dollars on the latest and greatest weight set if you are only wanting to tone up. If that is the case, tone up and stay in shape with a simple free weight set. You won’t even need a bench for this. Just a bar and some small weights.
